The HS254 Hall effect sensor is a micro-power Hall switch with stable temperature, strong stress resistance and low sensitivity tolerance. The HS254 is designed for low operating voltage (1.65V), and the chip contains the following functions on a single silicon die: voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, signal amplifier, chopper stabilizer, Schmitt trigger, CMOS output driver. Advanced CMOS wafer manufacturing processes can be used to take advantage of low voltage requirements, component matching, very low input offset errors, and small component geometries. The device requires a unipolar magnetic field to operate.
