The HS8105 series is produced using BCD technology. The internal chip of the Hall IC contains a Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator (operating voltage is 3.0 to 20V), a temperature compensation circuit, a small signal amplifier, a Hall sensor with a dynamic offset cancellation system, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-drain output. They are designed to respond to alternating north and south poles.
When the magnetic flux density (B) is greater than the operate point (Bop), the output will turn on (low), the output remains on until the magnetic flux density (B) is lower than the releasepoint (Brp), and then turns off (high).The HS8105 series provides customers with avariety of packages: SOT-23 package for surface mount and TO-92 package for flat plug-in.All packages are RoHS compliant.
