HS261 is a latching Hall effect switch IC, manufactured using advanced BiCMOS process, with excellent temperature stability and high mechanical stress resistance, the maximum operating temperature of the product can reach 125℃. HS261 adopts dynamic offset elimination technology and temperature compensation technology, which greatly reduces the offset voltage caused by factors such as package stress and ambient temperature changes, so that the magnetic sensitivity of the product is highly consistent.
HS261 includes a voltage stabilizing output module, a Hall film, a signal amplification module, a dynamic offset elimination module and a power output stage with current limiting protection.

When the south pole of the magnetic field is close to the HS261TO logo surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the power tube is turned on and the output is low. When the north pole of the magnetic field is close to the HS261TO logo surface and the magnetic field strength reaches the threshold, the power tube is turned off and the output is high.

The built-in voltage stabilizing output circuit module allows the chip to operate in the power supply voltage range of 2.5V to 28V.
HS261 is available in two packages, TO-92S and TSOT23-3, both of which are RoHS compliant. The ambient temperature range of the product is -40~125℃.
